// FOR PHILIPPINE CONTRACTORS · DESIGN-BUILD · ARCHITECTS

Every contractor's siteis a bid document.Does yours hold up?

Before anyone reads your proposal, they read your website. It is the first due-diligence document a Philippine buyer opens on your firm — and 54 of the 73 contractor and architect sites we audited hide their PCAB license. Blipped builds sites for contractors, design-build firms and architects that hold up under procurement.

// 01 · SCRUTINY

Due diligence is at an all-time high.

Three things changed in the last eighteen months. None of them are going back.

Every buyer checks now.

The flood-control hearings put 421 ghost projects on the evening news and made "contractor" a word people verify before they trust. Honest firms pay that reputation tax every day. The only answer is public, verifiable proof.

The rules now reward proof.

Under the new procurement law, price can carry as little as 15% of a bid evaluation. Track record and real capacity carry the rest, and private developers run the same playbook through accreditation. Documented capability wins work. Undocumented capability quotes cheaper and still loses.

Your best client can only meet you online.

OFWs send home more than $35 billion a year, and a share of it builds houses. That client cannot visit your office or ask a neighbor about you. They hire the firm they can verify from another continent, on a phone.

// 02 · EVIDENCE

We did the digging.

We audited 110 Philippine construction and design firms.

30 had no real website. A Facebook page at best.

54 of the 73 live sites hide their PCAB license.

Exactly one published a license number.

The bar in your industry is on the floor. Hiring us is the cheapest competitive advantage you will ever buy.

// 03 · THE CHECK

What your website has to prove.

A buyer shortlisting contractors runs the same checklist every time. We build the site that passes it in the first thirty seconds, then keeps passing under scrutiny.

Your license, verifiable in one click.

PCAB number and category as selectable text, linked to the government verification portal, with the entity name matching your contract. We put the words "verify us yourself" next to it, because you can.

Projects as evidence.

Real project pages: city, year, floor area, scope, in-progress and finished photography, and a list of builds a client's relative can drive past. Galleries decorate. Evidence closes.

Your process and payment milestones, published.

Who signs, what each milestone releases, what retention holds until the defects period ends. Buyers are taught to demand exactly this schedule. Publishing it answers the fear that keeps them from calling.

Built for the client building from abroad.

Weekly geotagged progress reports, a named project manager, timezone-aware booking, Viber and Messenger ahead of email. The OFW client is your highest-value inquiry, and they are only reachable through a site built for them.

Every inquiry captured, routed, answered.

New leads reach your estimator's phone within a minute, with escalation if nobody responds. Roughly a quarter of construction firms never answer web inquiries at all. Speed of response is a differentiator you can own immediately.

Fast on a jobsite connection.

Your buyers browse on mid-range phones, on prepaid data. We build pages that load in about two seconds there. Run this page through any speed tool you trust.

Keep your referrals. Catch them when they check.

Most of your work comes from word of mouth, and that should not change. But a referral is not a client yet. Before they call, they search your name, and they weigh what they find against two other firms somebody else recommended. The website doesn't replace your reputation. It is where your reputation goes to be verified, or to quietly leak away.

// 05 · FIT

Built for firms with real proof to show.

We're a fit if you...

  • Hold a PCAB license and have finished work worth photographing.
  • Are tired of being price-shopped against the cheapest quote in a three-bid race.
  • Sell to private clients, corporates or OFWs and want an inquiry channel you own.
  • Treat the website as bid infrastructure, not a brochure.

We're not a fit if you...

  • Want a ₱15,000 template with your logo dropped in. Those exist, and they look like it.
  • Expect guaranteed rankings or lead counts. Nobody honest guarantees those.
  • Need the cheapest option rather than the one that wins work.

We take one firm per trade per city. We cannot make two competing contractors in the same market both impossible to miss, so we don't try. If your competitor gets here first, that's that.

Sam Karazi, founder of Blipped, speaking on stage

"After founding and running several successful companies, I know exactly what a website is supposed to do for a business. I also know what staying invisible costs. That's what we build for."

Sam Karazi · three-time founder

// 06 · OPERATOR

Built by an operator, not an agency.

Most studios have never run the kind of business you're running. Sam Karazi, Blipped's founder, has built three of them, and he has sat on your side of the table: the side that pays for the website and lives with the result.

A contractor's website gets judged the way you judge a subcontractor: by the work, not the promises. That's how we build.

Questions contractors actually ask.

Isn't our Facebook page enough?

Facebook is where you get seen, and you should keep it. But a page can't hold a filterable project archive, can't present your PCAB license to a procurement officer, can't win the search for your own name, and can't be cited in a bid document. Facebook gets you seen. The site gets you shortlisted.

We tried a website before and got nothing.

Almost every "website that got no leads" had leads. Nobody answered them. Roughly a quarter of construction firms never respond to web inquiries at all, and most of the rest take a day. We build the plumbing: inquiries hit your estimator's phone in under a minute, and you see the numbers monthly. If leads arrive and go unanswered, you'll see exactly where they stalled.

Can you guarantee leads or rankings?

No. And you should walk away from anyone who says yes. We guarantee what we control: a site that passes the buyer's checklist, loads in about two seconds on a phone, captures every inquiry, and reports honestly. In this market, that alone puts you ahead of nearly everyone you bid against.

Do you actually understand construction?

In August 2026 we audited 110 Philippine construction, design-build and architecture firms — and the 73 websites they run — before writing a word of this page. We know what a PCAB category signals, what OFW clients fear, what a procurement officer scans for in ten minutes, and why your competitors' sites fail all of it. Bring your hardest question to the call.

How fast can you launch?

Contact is live in three weeks, Signature in about six, Landmark in eight to ten — dates in the contract, with milestones you approve as we go. The same way you'd want a client to treat you.

Do I own everything?

Completely. Domain, code, design files, content, and every lead that comes through. In your name, from day one.

Someone will search your name this week.

A referral, a procurement officer, an OFW with a budget and a lot. What they find decides whether they call. Decide what they find.
